Solutions for antimicrobial and antiviral protection of surfaces in public spaces using systems that allow to radically reduce the concentration of conventional biocidal products using photoactive materials and that enhance the effects of these biocidal substances. The systems will be designed to minimise the risk of migration of harmful substances into the environment, thereby significantly reducing the burden on human health from persistent micro-pollutants with long-term effects. The project will be designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.

The essence of the project is a product innovation, namely the introduction of production and marketing of a completely new, structurally demanding high-tech touch glass with a special antimicrobial layer, the prototype of which was created on the basis of the Applicant's own research and development.

The implementation of the project will increase the competitiveness of the applicant, allow to maintain the current level of employment and by expanding to foreign markets will create conditions for the creation of new, highly qualified jobs in production, trade and services.
